I will perform the service (s) chosen by you and will use reasonable care and consideration in performing the service.

In the event I cannot complete the service on the designated day I will seek to contact you and reschedule at the soonest possible mutual available day.

To secure a booking you will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of £25 however for extra services such as a ceramic coating the amount may increase. Should you fail to keep or cancel confirmed booking with 48hrs prior notice for work carried out you agree to surrender the deposit to us to cover loss of earnings for the days work to be carried out.

If you cancel more than 48hrs before your deposit may be transferred to a new booking.

Upon completion of the service the client will be asked to inspect the vehicle and the full balance be paid.

Should the client not be satisfied with a part of the valet they will need to inform me at the end of the valet, once I have left this is an indication the service has been accepted. It is the customers responsibility to insure they're happy before I leave.

Upon completion of the service the customer will be asked to inspect the car and confirm there is no damage has occurred during the service.

Child seat must be removed and re-fitted by you, I will not be able to re-fit under any circumstanes by law.
